Accents
Accents are great- they set a tone and add interest to what is being said. Accents often put you at ease- I love listening to the English accent most. Most English people sound thoughtful and kind. I also like the way they make statements with questions. The English fella on Designing for the Sexes is a great example of how much of an impact an accent can make. He’s an older guy who is pretty small but his accent is so sweet that he gets my attention when he might not otherwise.
Other accents to note- Hugh Grant. I don’t find him all that attractive but I like his appearanc in combination with his accent. My boss’ wife- her French accent is so beautiful (French accents sound better on women to me).
Still the accents are usually best in small doses- after awhile they can lose their charm (anyone working at my company understands). So I suppose one could say that sometimes they backfire- for example, I don’t like the accent of Madonna’s (not at all).
What accents do you find noteworthy?

I love the Australian accent, I think it is so cool to listen to. I can do without the French accent, only because it wreaks havoc on the English language...it becomes almost unrecongnizable. :)
Once you live in GA you will never think that southern drawls are sexy. In fact I think that they are funny and hard to understand.
