The 40 Year Old Virgin
I'm a virgin. I always have been (says the main character). And the scene with the hot drunk chick... But the best was the waxing, dang that waxing. This cast was amazing; everyone brought something different to the plate.
One guy we really like, Paul Rudd, from Anchorman was in it and was very good. He was also in this obscure movie we saw called The Shape of Things. JustinTime, I told you about this movie because it was so odd and disturbing- where he was this girl's "project" and she was so cruel and wrong to him. The cruel girl was Rachel Weisz, she's someone I love to watch in movies (she was not in this movie but is worth mentioning).
Romany Malco was really great. I haven't seen him in a thing but I know I will- very funny guy.
Catherine Keener, famous to me from Being John Malkovich, is such a cool chick and is in her mid-40s. I guess there's hope that aging isn't the worst thing in the world.
Saw this movie with McBunny, Regener, and Jennifer. We went on a whim and it was really fun. They guys were nice enough to stay behind with the kiddos. Thanks fellas (and sorry you missed a very funny movie).
The only downfall- I'm in my late twenties and not my teens. It is really taking place in a world that I don't see much of anymore and honestly, it is a lil' hard to digest even though the humor is so right on. I just wish The Office was still on because I want to see more of Steve Carell in a more PG way. The site I went to (IMDB) said The Office is "In Production" so maybe there's hope it will return. If that came back along with new episodes of Lost- life would be perfect.
