Ode to 7-11
Oh 7-11 you are a friend of mine,
I like to go in and buy energy drinks and wine.
You have food that brings my taste buds elation.
Funny to think my favorite place to eat is a gas station.
You are close enough to all the places I am
that it is no problem to stop by to pick up somethin’ every chance I can.
There’s a 7-11 on Green Oaks & one on Pioneer,I go to pick up a Chicken Salad Sandwich and a tasty beer.
Then there’s one off of I-20 & one off Little Road,
I go to eat the jalapeno taquitos, they're something to behold!
My kids like the slurpees and I enjoy the coffee flavors,
the wonderful selections are among the things I savor.
You get about $20 a week from me on food & drink alone,
I guess besides Church and work, you're now my home away from home.

I too lve the 7-11. They always hot treats and cold beer. What's not to love!
Go Go Taquitos! Yummmmmm!
I heard a dirty rumor that they were discontinuing the jalapeno taquitos. Can you imagine? I would DIE.
that's okay! as long as they don't get rid of taco and cheese. if they do, i'm going to poop in a bag and light it on fire and put it on their doorstep. who's got the lighter? hee hee!
